The beautiful views and welcoming staff were the best aspects of the experience. The fresh juices and abundant food, especially the seafood, made the stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the location in the bay provided access to some of the most picturesque scenery in the area.
The crowded activities, particularly on the first day, detracted from the experience. Additionally, the set itinerary felt limiting at times, preventing the opportunity to simply relax and take in the views.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this hotel. The location on a boat allowed us to truly experience the beauty of Ha Long Bay. The activities offered were fantastic, from kayaking around the floating village to exploring the amazing cave. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the bay. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including air conditioning and an in-room safe. The dining options were excellent, with delicious and well-presented food. We also enjoyed the bar/lounge area, where we had a great time during happy hour. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a bonus. we highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The boat tour of the bay had great location and activities. the view of the bay and the other boats were stunning as we cruised on the sea. the staff's service was friendly and attentive. the presentation and taste of the food were impressive.
The tour's overcrowded activities hindered the fun.

We had an amazing time on this boat cruise to see the beautiful Halong Bay. The boat was spotlessly clean and had all the basic facilities we needed. We were happy to see that the hotel provided parking facilities and transportation to and from the boat. The location of the boat was perfect, away from the crowds of tourists so we could enjoy our activities comfortably. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend A Class Cruise for an unforgettable experience.

The boat trip through the bay was beautiful, the views were stunning and the crew was friendly and welcoming. Meals were served three times a day and the food was delicious, especially the seafood. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and tidy.
The boat was overcrowded and there were too many people in the activities, which made them less enjoyable. The drinks were expensive and not included in the price.
